SmallRig RA-D55 Parabolic Softbox is a versatile soft light accessory with 55cm diameter. Universal Bowens mount design, makes it compatible with SmallRig RC 120D/RC 120B/RC 220D/RC220B and other Bowens Mount Light of other brands.
The new generation of self-developed quick-release design, the diffusion and the frame are combined into one, you can easily install and disassemble the dome in 15 seconds, simplify the use process, bring you the best user experience. RA-D55 also includes a high-quality fabric grid to help focus in your light beam angle to 45 degrees, which will allow you to maximize control of your lighting.

Easy setup and disassembly

With SmallRig’s innovative quick-release speedring, RA-D55 Parabolic Softbox can be setup in seconds. It features a unique all-in-one design makes assembly fast and easy.

Produce beautiful, soft, even lighting

The large surface area and soft diffusion produce beautiful lighting that you can easily control. Engineered with a high-reflective, smooth coating inside to retain the original color temperature and CRI, while providing maximum output. Oxford lattice outside prevents any light leakage and is also dust and water repellant.

Innovative external umbrella rib design

Made of stable, durable steel, the 16 umbrella ribs are lightweight but rugged and their elasticity allows for long-term use without deformation, shaping a soft omnidirectional light.
Without Velcro tapes inside, the unobstructed interior surface of RA-D55 Parabolic Softbox produces smoother circular reflections and increasing light intensity.

Compatible with Bowens Mount lights

The universal Bowens Mount allows quick assembly and disassembly with compatible lights.

High-quality diffusion cloths and honeycomb grid

The two durable diffusion cloths (internal/external) and a 45° lighting-control honeycomb grid help you create the exact lighting effect you desire.
